These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and use of services provided by Her Private Spa. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility
Her Private Spa provides services exclusively to women. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking that does not meet this eligibility requirement.
Service Description
We provide professional, in-home massage and wellness services delivered by trained female therapists who operate under a strict code of hygiene, conduct, and privacy. Services are provided exclusively to female clients. Services and pricing are as described on our Services page and are subject to change without prior notice.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to confirmation by our booking team via phone or email. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to provide a safe, respectful environment for the appointment. Any form of inappropriate conduct toward our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and may result in a permanent ban from future bookings.
Therapist Conduct
All therapists are trained to conduct themselves professionally at all times and are held to a strict code of conduct covering hygiene, privacy, and respectful behavior. Any concerns about therapist conduct should be reported to us immediately.
Liability
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions prior to their session. Her Private Spa is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Right To Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, or inability to verify eligibility.
Changes To These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
